Osaka Bay Area MICE members have held many times of meeting about ” How will our facilities contribute to more sustainable future as aspect of MICE industry.” To fulfill our social responsibilities, we Bay Area MICE members have launcheded a Sustainable Action Declaration on how we can incorporate the SDGs into our MICE business to become a sustainable and future-chosen venue.
This was where Osaka Bay Area MICE stepped up !
Our goal is Osaka Bay Area MICE complex becomes one of the most SDGs driven spaces of its size in the nation. Ms. Hanamura who is a judge of EcoAction21 led us. We redefined the issues facing MICE facilities in the Osaka Bay Area from the perspective of SDGs, and narrowed down to four actions from the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals 17, I will work on it.
Osaka Bay Area MICE commits sustainable action
We aim to be the most advanced MICE complex in the world, and will continue to challenge SDGs through the holding of MICE. We will actively have a favor to ask of the organizers, exhibitors, visitors, and guests for their understanding and cooperation in our efforts. We believe that the world can be changed by making even the small efforts.
